Y nadie me lo ha contado; lo he vivido. He sido Iniesta en Stanford Bridge, marcando un gol en el descuento que vali\u00f3 toda una temporada, y Marcel Zamora en el medio Ironman de Callela, cruzando la l\u00ednea de meta cogido de la mano de mi hija.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Porque trabaj\u00e9 en una multinacional durante 13 a\u00f1os<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Experiment\u00e9 desde dentro, del 1998 al 2012, todo el ciclo de la empresa en Sony. Fui responsable de publicidad, relaciones p\u00fablicas, comunicaci\u00f3n corporativa, de crisis y de producto, llev\u00e9 el programa de patrocinios y la RSC y me responsabilic\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n de la comunicaci\u00f3n interna. Viv\u00ed todas las \u00e1reas de la comunicaci\u00f3n en la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Llegamos al Everest en 2007, con el r\u00e9cord hist\u00f3rico de ventas, y nos hundimos en el infierno, perdiendo el 60% de las ventas al cabo de pocos a\u00f1os. Interioric\u00e9 que los conceptos t\u00e9cnicos se aprenden, pero que muy pocos profesionales ponen el foco en el aspecto humano. Ah\u00ed me grab\u00e9 a sangre y fuego que cuando pasas a llevar un equipo de trabajo, no existe una hada madrina que te ilumine para que los lleves eficientemente. Eso tambi\u00e9n se aprende&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Porque estoy convencido que el futuro se lo llevar\u00e1n las empresas con los trabajadores m\u00e1s felices y que le encuentran sentido a lo que hacen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que se sienten bien con su trabajo y que matar\u00edan por su equipo. Y ah\u00ed estar\u00e9 yo para colaborar conjuntamente y acompa\u00f1aros en el camino.
