Se viste con su conjunto rojo y negro y se estira\u00a0los calcetines hasta casi las rodillas (dice que como los profesionales). Esta semana es especial para su equipo, ya que debutan el s\u00e1bado con dos\u00a0partidos amistosos. Cada entrenamiento est\u00e1 ah\u00ed Ferran, su entrenador, la persona que los gu\u00eda, ayuda, ense\u00f1a y educa para que se diviertan y gocen de buena salud f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Innovan, se preocupan por los cr\u00edos. A partir de la semana que viene adoptar\u00e1n una medida para fomentar una alimentaci\u00f3n sana -se tomar\u00e1n todos juntos una pieza de fruta al acabar el entrenamiento. Y el otro d\u00eda alucin\u00e9, viendo c\u00f3mo les ense\u00f1an: en un ejercicio botaban la pelota con una mano mientras golpeaban con la otra un peque\u00f1o globo al aire (intentando que no se cayera al suelo).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde muy j\u00f3venes suelen compaginar los entrenadores su pasi\u00f3n por el juego -como jugadores- con tareas de formaci\u00f3n. Sin ellos nuestros hijos no har\u00edan deporte. As\u00ed de crudo, as\u00ed de sencillo. Y ahora viene la <strong>Generalitat de Catalunya<\/strong>\u00a0con <strong>reformas<\/strong> en las <strong>titulaciones<\/strong>. Se trata de\u00a0<a title=\"Reformas en las titulaciones de baloncesto en Catalu\u00f1a\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sport.es\/es\/noticias\/acb\/los-entrenadores-baloncesto-catalan-pie-guerra-3698641#\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>medidas<\/strong><\/a> que les complican mucho la vida. Les invalida sus t\u00edtulos entre 1999 y 2014 y les obliga a una gincama de convalidaciones, pruebas f\u00edsicas y&#8230; pagar m\u00e1s.
