Si hab\u00eda alg\u00fan vecino en casa me ha escuchado gritar como un energ\u00fameno. He protagonizado un Michael Douglas a lo <a title=\"Escena Un d\u00eda de furia\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=rMtb-F7JFQA\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Un d\u00eda de furia<\/strong><\/a>. Madre m\u00eda si llego a tener el bazoca&#8230; S\u00e9 que en el Master de Coaching nos mostraron de forma muy clara y visible la incre\u00edble diferencia entre responder y <strong>reaccionar<\/strong>. Soy un padre bastante imperfecto y mi hija de siete a\u00f1os me ha sacado de mis casillas&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todo ha empezado por la ropa, la dichosa ropa. Quer\u00eda ir en pantal\u00f3n corto al entrenamiento de <strong>baloncesto<\/strong>, con el fr\u00edo que hace ahora por la calle. Despu\u00e9s no estaba dispuesta a ponerse el chaquet\u00f3n. Y para m\u00e1s inri quer\u00eda ir en coche porqu\u00e9 se cansa mucho (solo tardamos 15 minutos en llegar al pabell\u00f3n, andando tranquilamente y despu\u00e9s corre como una loca todo el entrenamiento sin parar). Se ha tirado al suelo lloriqueando por mis negativas y yo he explotado&#8230; Menos mal que mi mujer ha hecho de mediadora y ha reconducido r\u00e1pido la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La he castigado sin entrenamiento (ha durado el castigo entre diez y doce minutos&#8230;), le he gritado, me han dado ganas de irme corriendo y me he quedado descompuesto por el descontrol que hab\u00eda ayudado a generar. Pero la <strong>lecci\u00f3n<\/strong> magistral ha llegado al salir de casa. Se dice que los <strong>ni\u00f1os<\/strong> agotan sus <strong>emociones<\/strong> totalmente y despu\u00e9s pasan tan ricamente a otra cosa mariposa. Yo estaba muy enfadado y hemos bajado juntos, en silencio, en el ascensor. Y \u00a0nada m\u00e1s pisar la calle, Anna me ha ha dado la mano y me ha empezado a hablar como si nada; su mirada era dulce, con esos ojos marrones que me enamoran.
