He acabado hasta los mism\u00edsimos\u00a0del mundo de la cocina -entre Gordon Ramsay, Chicote, Masterchef para adultos y ni\u00f1os y el Un, dos \u00a1Chef! de Disney-. Antes ve\u00eda alg\u00fan programa de recetas, si lo pillaba al vuelo, porqu\u00e9 me relajaba&#8230; Pero tanto grito, tanta competici\u00f3n, tanto llanto, tanta discusi\u00f3n y tanta histeria han acabado conmigo. Me dan tanta rabia que no aguanto ni las promos de los programas. De la cocina de mi abuela a esta espectacularizaci\u00f3n y apolog\u00eda de la confrontaci\u00f3n en la cocina hay un abismo que no quiero nadar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y tras trillar la cocina le ha llegado, irremediablemente, el turno al <strong>running<\/strong>. Se ha atrevido TV3 con su programa semanal \u00abEl Mur\u00bb (en honor al \u00abamigo\u00bb que siempre te espera en el kil\u00f3metro 30 con el mazo durante una <strong>marat\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00ab. Durante 10 episodios semanales se narra las peripecias de 6 aspirantes a acabar su primer marat\u00f3n. Entre ellos predomina la poca o nula preparaci\u00f3n para correr la prueba; incluso hay alguno que ni le gusta correr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Visto el primer <strong>programa<\/strong>\u00a0tengo ganas de ver c\u00f3mo llegan, en solo 3 meses de preparaci\u00f3n, a la l\u00ednea de salida. Y c\u00f3mo llegan a meta despu\u00e9s. De momento, este <a title=\"Estreno &quot;El Mur&quot;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.elperiodico.com\/es\/noticias\/tele\/millan-propone-tv3-derribar-elmur-4090036\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>reality<\/strong><\/a> deportivo de <strong>superaci\u00f3n personal<\/strong> me abre muchas inc\u00f3gnitas. Y la primera es conceptual. \u00bfSi no te gusta correr o estas fuera de forma -o nunca la has tenido- lo m\u00e1s conveniente es empezar con una marat\u00f3n? Yo empec\u00e9 con las carreras de 10km, medias maratones y culmin\u00e9 con la marat\u00f3n. Pero supongo que debo ser un bicho raro.
