Con el tiempo te planteas si ir m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido o m\u00e1s lejos. Y la experiencia te va ense\u00f1ando, a base de sensaciones corporales, lo importante que es el d\u00eda despu\u00e9s. Porqu\u00e9, sin llegar al dramatismo del alpinismo, tan importante es hacer cima como volver al campo base&#8230; Est\u00e1 muy bien recibir tu trofeo de finisher y conseguir el tiempo que persegu\u00edas; pero si eso es a costa de estar diez d\u00edas andando\u00a0como Pinocho hay que valorarlo seriamente&#8230; Una carrera se mide tambi\u00e9n por el <strong>d\u00eda despu\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este a\u00f1o baj\u00e9 una hora respecto a 2014 (aunque la carrera ha sido 4 kil\u00f3metros m\u00e1s corta que la anterior). Muy satisfecho de finalizar la <strong>Matagalls-Montserrat<\/strong> otra vez. Pero m\u00e1s contento de c\u00f3mo he acabado. Con dolor en los pies, pero sin ninguna llaga ni rozadura. Cansado y con agujetas en espalda, hombros y piernas, pero sin rastro de la sensaci\u00f3n de aturdimiento y resaca que tuve el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tal vez puede ser aquello de \u00abquien no se consuela es porque no quiere\u00bb. Pero he experimentado una nueva dimensi\u00f3n tras la carrera, la <strong>recuperaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.
