Ya estamos a d\u00eda 23. Tu est\u00f3mago ya empieza a rugir, en los proleg\u00f3menos de la etapa reina del Tourmalet. Sufres solo de pensar en los tres puertos de categor\u00eda especial que acechan: Nochebuena, Navidad y San Esteban. Como el Cinexin, comidas sin fin, regadas de vino, cava, licores, refrescos y rematadas por turrones, chocolates, polvorones, frutos secos&#8230; Hay personas que van gas a fondo, que lo dan todo, que se implican tanto en las tradiciones que casi ni llegan a fin de a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y las comilonas van de la mano de los regalos. Todo es excesivo: la llamada a la felicidad, las compras, las infinitas e interminables colas para llevar la Carta a los Reyes Magos o participar en cualquier actividad navide\u00f1a con los ni\u00f1os&#8230; Diciembre es el mes de los regalos, de las luces, del amor y de la solidaridad. El objetivo est\u00e1 claro: <strong>comer<\/strong> a tumba abierta y sepultar el \u00e1rbol de <strong>regalos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si relacionamos felicidad con comidas copiosas y consumo excesivo, no s\u00e9 si en el resultado final de la ecuaci\u00f3n cabe la solidaridad. Vaya ejemplo damos a los <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lavanguardia.com\/salud\/20140510\/54407776304\/obesidad-infantil-pandemia-espana-europa.html\" target=\"_blank\">ni\u00f1os<\/a><\/strong>, que as\u00ed les empieza a ir&#8230; Menos mal que el d\u00eda es muy largo y siempre habr\u00e1 un hueco para salir a <strong>correr<\/strong>, sudar los turrones y pensar en c\u00f3mo podr\u00edamos alargar esta ola de solidaridad a todo el a\u00f1o&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>FELICES FIESTAS A TODOS.
