(6&#215;10)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las \u00faltimas dos semanas de <strong>preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong> constaron de mucho descanso, mucha hidrataci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s pasta de lo habitual y entrenos cortos. Para m\u00ed fue como una etapa de celebraci\u00f3n. Recuerdo mi \u00faltimo entreno, por la Rambla cerca de mi casa, golpe\u00e1ndome suavemente la zona izquierda del pecho con mi pu\u00f1o derecho -como algunos cantantes de heavy metal que agradecen la entrega del p\u00fablico tras un concierto-, euf\u00f3rico. Ese s\u00e1bado iba a enfrentarme a mi mayor reto deportivo. Cinco meses puestos al servicio de un solo d\u00eda. Toda la p\u00f3lvora concentrada en un solo tiro. Pero en realidad solo me quedaban 100 Kil\u00f3metros para llegar a meta. 100 Km m\u00e1s, tras 1.900 Km de <strong>entrenamiento<\/strong>. Un 5% m\u00e1s. Si antes de empezar me dicen que voy a hacer ese kilometraje, me da un ataque&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nunca me cansar\u00e9 de repetir que el primer logro es llegar a la l\u00ednea de salida sin molestias y con todo lo aprendido durante los meses de entrenamientos. Tambi\u00e9n es una fase de introspecci\u00f3n y alucine, en la que echas la vista atr\u00e1s y ves todo lo que has hecho, lo que has conseguido. Fue realmente duro entrenar cinco d\u00edas por semana. Como en el cole: l\u00e1tigo de lunes a viernes y descanso los fines de semana, para pasarlos con mi mujer y los ni\u00f1os. Creo que \u00e9sta ha sido la mejor decisi\u00f3n: aunque tuviera m\u00e1s tiempo s\u00e1bado y domingo era mi manera de desconectar al completo. No me importaba sacrificar las cenas y las noches, si con ello ten\u00eda el final de semana totalmente libre. Mi peor recuerdo es meterme en la cama, dolorido tras un entrenamiento de 40 Km, sin saber c\u00f3mo poner las piernas para estar c\u00f3modo, y pensar que al d\u00eda siguiente iban a caer, s\u00ed o s\u00ed, 30 m\u00e1s&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9sta vez probamos, como novedad, beber agua de mar diluida en agua dulce (durante la \u00faltima semana) para ir bien cargado de sales minerales. Tambi\u00e9n prepar\u00e9 la noche anterior mis barritas energ\u00e9ticas de chocolate, s\u00e1ndwiches (de jam\u00f3n serrano y de jam\u00f3n dulce y queso) y pasta con tomate y at\u00fan. Con la pasta se me fue la mano; me vine arriba y herv\u00ed 750 gramos. Aquello no hac\u00eda m\u00e1s que coger volumen y parec\u00eda m\u00e1s que mi avituallamiento, la Pasta Party de la Marat\u00f3n de Barcelona. Solo os digo que estuve comiendo macarrones casi toda la semana siguiente a la prueba&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como me dijo \u00c1lex, mi entrenador, en la salida: \u00abTe envidio hoy, pero no durante los d\u00edas de entreno\u00bb. El d\u00eda D sale a la luz un 5% que cega el 95% de oscuridad que te ha llevado all\u00ed. Ese 95% que solo mi mujer y mi entrenador saben.
