Tras seis semanas de par\u00f3n casi total (tanto f\u00edsico como mental, sobre todo), en el que solo sal\u00ed un d\u00eda a rodar 10 kil\u00f3metros, me doy cuenta que cuesta mucho arrancar la m\u00e1quina. Duele f\u00edsica y an\u00edmicamente un simple entrenamiento -de escasamente una hora y poco a una intensidad muy baja-, cuando hace menos de dos meses era capaz de estar 14 horas en carrera. Pero tiene que ser as\u00ed: bajar hasta un valle profundo para volver hacia el pico de la monta\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras tanto descanso, he comprobado que he perdido tambi\u00e9n las <strong>rutinas<\/strong>. Y que voy m\u00e1s perdido que un pulpo en un garaje. Lo que antes era todo autom\u00e1tico (y lo realizaba sin esfuerzo) ahora se ha descontrolado por completo. De los tres primeros entrenos, cada uno ha ido asociado a un olvido o sencillamente a la mala planificaci\u00f3n. La salida inicial la complet\u00e9 con el puls\u00f3metro colgado en casa. El segundo fue una agon\u00eda, ya que calcul\u00e9 mal el tiempo y tuve que alargarlo y subir el ritmo porqu\u00e9 llegaba tarde a recoger a los ni\u00f1os al cole.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y el tercero fue la traca final. A mitad de sesi\u00f3n, el Garmin se me puso en blanco, ya que me hab\u00eda olvidado de cargarlo. Esta cagada me oblig\u00f3 a ingeni\u00e1rmelas para hacer la segunda parte del entrenamiento. Decid\u00ed contar las series y los per\u00edodos de descanso que me faltaban, a base de mis pasos. Vi que a ritmo r\u00e1pido, cada segundo equival\u00eda a cuatro pasos. As\u00ed que empec\u00e9 a contar los 2 minutos que aproximadamente tard\u00e9 en las series que pude hacer con el reloj encendido. Los 120 segundos de descanso entre series, andando, los hice contando cada dos pasos un segundo. Y la vuelta a la calma de 2 kil\u00f3metros fue m\u00e1s sencilla, ya que, con lo que he llegado a correr por Sant Joan Desp\u00ed, conozco varios trayectos que equivalen a un kil\u00f3metro.
