Y como en todo, de la pasi\u00f3n a la obsesi\u00f3n hay una delgada l\u00ednea invisible que puede llevarte al lado oscuro, pero como en cualquier otra faceta de la vida. El documental <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6Q9Od07iVok\" target=\"_blank\">Running, la gran obsesi\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>me ha ayudado a reflexionar sobre ello. Mis porqu\u00e9s son:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-Me motiva mezclar el reto, la curiosidad y el disfrute. Lanzarse al agua un 25 de diciembre, preguntarse c\u00f3mo debe ser estar en el kil\u00f3metro 95 de una carrera de 100 o salir a correr un rato con mi hija son sensaciones dif\u00edcilmente descriptibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-He vivido momentos \u00fanicos de magia. He llorado a moco tendido escribiendo cartas a mi mujer y a mi entrenador antes de una prueba importante. Me han llevado en volandas amigos cuando parec\u00eda que la meta estaba a a\u00f1os luz. He corrido por la monta\u00f1a, oscureciendo, mientras ve\u00eda amenazantes columnas de agua en el horizonte. He pedaleado en medio de una tormenta de granizo en la que parec\u00eda que el mundo iba a acabar. He nadado, mecido por las olas, viendo el sol y la luna a la vez&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>-Me gusta aislarme de todo y estar, solo, conmigo mismo. Hacer deporte me ayuda a pensar.<\/p>\n<p>-Me sirve de terapia.
