Hoy ten\u00eda series en subida, para empezar a acostumbrar las piernas al desnivel. Para distraer un poco la mente me he puesto un podcast del programa Ultraesports. Y tuve una grata sorpresa con la <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rac1.cat\/a-la-carta\/detail\/81c730f0-25bc-4548-8113-bec0fcdc5717\" target=\"_blank\">entrevista<\/a><\/strong> al corredor de monta\u00f1a vasco, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/ikerkarrera.com\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Iker Carrera<\/a><\/strong>. Un deporte para el que no hay lugar en los grandes medios salvo extra\u00f1as excepciones, pero en el que hay personajes de los que se puede sacar mucho jugo\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aparte de interioridades de su persona y del <strong>trail running<\/strong> me qued\u00e9 con sus comentarios, aplicables tanto fuera como dentro del mundo del deporte. Cree que cuando las cosas van mal hay asociados elementos de ense\u00f1anza: \u201cPara mejorar hay que caer de vez en cuando\u201d. Aunque se trata de un deporte individual cree que \u201ccuando se corre en equipo se corre m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hay espacio para la autocr\u00edtica: \u201cA veces el mundo del deporte es injusto con el resto de la sociedad. Se nos pone muy arriba cuando lo que aportamos realmente, entiendo, no es tanto\u201d. Y tambi\u00e9n es duro y directo con una peligrosa tendencia en la que estamos inmersos: \u201cPor desgracia demasiada gente vive su vida con sue\u00f1os ajenos.
