A veces tiene manifestaciones p\u00fablicas muy claras (solo hace falta que te pongas en la l\u00ednea de salida de una marat\u00f3n o un triatl\u00f3n de larga distancia, por ejemplo) y otras son m\u00e1s sibilinas, a trav\u00e9s de comentarios al estilo: \u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 geles tomas?\u201d. Es una lucha a muerte que est\u00e1n librando el <strong>postureo<\/strong> y la vuelta a los or\u00edgenes. El <strong>m\u00e1rketing<\/strong> contra la sabidur\u00eda popular y el <strong>sentido com\u00fan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es tan tentador estar superchic y contarlo a todo el mundo (para conseguirlo no te tienes que separarte nunca de tu m\u00f3vil equipado con las chiquicientasmil redes sociales que te permitir\u00e1n restregarle por la cara al personal que eres superdeportista, superguay, supersuper y supercomprometido contigo mismo) que la esencia queda guardada, oculta en el bolsillo. Ah\u00ed va el trabalenguas: \u00bfHacemos deporte porqu\u00e9 nos llena o porqu\u00e9 nos llena que la gente nos vea haciendo deporte?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Porque puedes salir a correr 30 minutos con unas zapatillas, un pantal\u00f3n corto y una camiseta (s\u00ed, hay gente que ha salido a trotar un rato sin ropa t\u00e9cnica y no ha muerto a medio camino) y es m\u00e1s que suficiente\u2026 Y puedes permitirte incluso el lujo de llevar una botella de 50 cl de agua -de las que venden en cualquier supermercado-, no necesitas un Camelback con dos litros de Powerade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y entonces veo el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=oPtIszt6mPA\" target=\"_blank\">Keope<\/a><\/strong>, el invento que ha ideado el <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marca.com\/motor\/motogp\/gp-japon\/2017\/10\/17\/59e5b08a468aebc9258b463d.html\" target=\"_blank\">mentalista del piloto de Moto GP Andrea Dovizioso<\/a><\/strong>, y me entra la risa floja\u2026 Una m\u00e1quina que ayuda a fortalecer la musculatura, perder peso, deshacerse de la celulitis, mejorar la postura, relajar mente y cuerpo y reconectar con tu \u201cyo interior\u201d. Creo sinceramente que el mundo del marketing se basa en la premisa que sencillamente todos somos tontos. Viendo inventos como \u00e9ste, que te solucionan la vida a base de sesiones de 12 minutos, yo estoy basculando hacia la <strong>esencia<\/strong>.
