Y negociar consiste, en algunos momentos, en apretar e insistir y, en otras, ceder y hacer concesiones a tu contraparte. Pero si te instruiste en el arte de vencer y destruir, solo tienes que hacer una simple operaci\u00f3n: bajarte el cerebro, en una testoster\u00f3nica operaci\u00f3n interna y dejarlo colocado dentro del escroto. Y ya est\u00e1; empiezas a pensar desde ah\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Solo as\u00ed se puede llegar a entender que Espa\u00f1a haya perdido la organizaci\u00f3n del <strong>campeonato europeo j\u00fanior y sub-23 de halterofilia<\/strong>, que se iba a celebrar en A Coru\u00f1a. Entiendo que <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Reconocimiento_internacional_de_la_independencia_de_Kosovo\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Kosovo<\/strong><\/a> no tiene un gran peso internacional e importancia estrat\u00e9gica y que para Espa\u00f1a no es nada. Pero otros 112 estados le han dado su reconocimiento, entre los que se encuentran EEUU, Reino Unido, Francia, Alemania o Italia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con esos huevazos, ni el Ministro de Exteriores ni el de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura y Deporte, se dignaron a responder una carta enviada por la federaci\u00f3n europea para confirmar si los kosovares iban a poder participar en los europeos (al menos contesta, no seas <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/deportes\/2018\/04\/23\/actualidad\/1524497268_113928.html\" target=\"_blank\">mal educado<\/a><\/strong>. En el caso del Ministro de Educaci\u00f3n, el tema a\u00fan es m\u00e1s sangrante\u2026). Ante tal silencio torero, sin hacer ruido, la competici\u00f3n se va a ir volando a Polonia. Si fuera gallego, me sentir\u00eda profundamente orgulloso de formar parte de este pa\u00eds tan maravilloso que es <strong>Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfPuedes hacer excepciones para beneficiarte de ello? \u00bfO incluso en la diplomacia hay que mantener actitudes inflexibles?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
