\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un capit\u00e1n<\/strong> en un equipo deportivo? Para m\u00ed es una figura muy importante, que supera lo puramente decorativo y est\u00e9tico. En algunos escenarios y lugares se confunde con el mejor jugador de todos, el m\u00e1s sobresaliente. Messi lleva el brazalete en Argentina pero para mi parecer el invisible de verdad lo lleva Mascherano. En otros se identifica con el que m\u00e1s habla con el \u00e1rbitro, el m\u00e1s expresivo, el que m\u00e1s gesticula; como era el caso de Fernando Hierro. Y en muchas ocasiones con el que lleva m\u00e1s tiempo de la plantilla, el que se conoce mejor la casa que nadie, situaci\u00f3n en la que se encontr\u00f3 Steven Gerrard en el Liverpool.<\/p>\n

Que se quiera nominar a Mario Balotelli<\/strong> <\/a>con este t\u00edtulo de gran ascendencia en un vestuario me parece poco menos que extra\u00f1o, aunque sea para \u201cdar un mensaje contra el racismo\u201d. Yo en un campo nunca he vista blancos, negros, ni as\u00e1ticos. Tampoco he percibido el olor a cat\u00f3lico, musulm\u00e1n, budista o jud\u00edo. Ni he detectado fachas, independentistas, equidistantes ni apol\u00edticos. Yo solo he jugado con compa\u00f1eros que ansiaban robar el bal\u00f3n, buscar la porter\u00eda rival y conseguir que su portero se peleara con la red para recuperar el esf\u00e9rico tras un gol\u2026<\/p>\n

Un capit\u00e1n, bajo mi punto de vista, nunca se nombra de cara a la galer\u00eda, se decide en el silencio de un vestuario, entre todos los compa\u00f1eros. Ellos son los que van a convivir todo un a\u00f1o con su decisi\u00f3n. Ser\u00e1n los que conf\u00eden ciegamente en \u00e9l cuando el camino sea duro, fr\u00edo, angosto, serpenteante y parezca que no los conduce a ninguna parte\u2026 Yo tuve la suerte de ser capit\u00e1n en algunas temporadas y es un reto y una satisfacci\u00f3n ver c\u00f3mo todos te siguen porque creen en lo que est\u00e1n haciendo como colectivo; y no porqu\u00e9 t\u00fa se lo digas\u2026<\/p>\n

\u00bfNombras un capit\u00e1n de cara a la galer\u00eda? \u00bfO ese t\u00edtulo se debe decidir entre todos?<\/strong><\/p>\n
