Es como cuando vas a un <a href=\"https:\/\/guia.michelin.es\/restaurantes\/espana\/restaurantes-3-estrellas\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>restaurante con tres estrellas Michelin<\/strong>.<\/a> Poco importa los sacrificios que hayas hecho para conseguir reserva. Esperas que tu paladar llegue a cotas inimaginables en medio de una explosi\u00f3n de sensaciones culinarias envuelta en el m\u00e1s exquisito y cuidado servicio. Y todo lo que no sea un resultado final as\u00ed se podr\u00eda catalogar como un desastre\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esperaba un entrante de categor\u00eda, innovador pero anclado en las ra\u00edces y los valores mediterr\u00e1neos. Desde la primera cucharada el plato, de aspecto fashion, se torna en un sabor sumamente rancio. Veo la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fcbarcelona.es\/secciones\/baloncesto\/baloncesto-base\/noticias\/2018-2019\/la-presentacion-del-baloncesto-formativo-del-barca-lassa\" target=\"_blank\">foto de la presentaci\u00f3n de las categor\u00edas de formaci\u00f3n del Bar\u00e7a\u00a0de baloncesto<\/a><\/strong>, el viernes pasado en el peri\u00f3dico\u2026 y solo veo ni\u00f1os. Supongo que el presidente y Navarro son emociones demasiado fuertes para las ni\u00f1as\u2026 Joder, vaya desilusi\u00f3n de primer plato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No pasa nada, porque un buen segundo tiene la capacidad de remontar cualquier momento complicado. El plato principal es una genialidad argentina, una entre un mill\u00f3n, de esas que se disfrutan una sola vez en el vida. No llego ni a oler el plato. El camarero llega como un loco, derrapando entre las mesas. Me lanza el plato y cae a mis pies, parti\u00e9ndose en mil pedazos. La propuesta estrella se convierte en una deconstrucci\u00f3n de masa gelatinosa aderezada con min\u00fasculo trozos de porcelana de colores. Me mira amenazante y me dice: \u201cSi quieres te lo comes del suelo; t\u00fa mismo\u201d. De la final de las finales en la Libertadores pasamos al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/mundo\/deportes-46334290\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>final de los finales del f\u00fatbol argentino\u2026<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ya no aguanto m\u00e1s. Me levanto y me voy a un restaurante a tres calles, de los de toda la vida, que nunca fallan y no pretenden ser lo que no son. Pido macarrones y carne rebozada con patatas. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundodeportivo.com\/futbol\/athletic-bilbao\/20181126\/453171492840\/athletic-ainhoa-tirapu-joseba-agirre.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Remontada hist\u00f3rica del Bilbao en Copa ante el Betis<\/strong><\/a> (levantando un 3-0 en media hora) y emocionante tanda de penalties con la portera vizca\u00edna de estrella. As\u00ed de simple es la emoci\u00f3n del deporte. Y es que, en ocasiones, de lo que menos esperas es lo que satisface m\u00e1s.
