Pero no dejo de pensar que el mundo es una aut\u00e9ntica mierda. La realidad es un exprimidor gigante de naranjas, sin piedad alguna. De esos autom\u00e1ticos que sacan todo el jugo y pr\u00e1cticamente volatilizan la pulpa convirti\u00e9ndola en un amasijo indeterminado y seco de pieles. Para una empresa que trata a sus empleados como aliados y colaboradores que ayudan a conseguir unos objetivos corporativos comunes \u2013siendo generoso-, hay nueve que usan los <strong>\u201crecursos humanos\u201d<\/strong> (qu\u00e9 t\u00e9rmino tan repugnante) hasta el \u00faltimo gramo de energ\u00eda para despu\u00e9s lanzarlos al contenedor y buscar un sustituto (si no ha estallado por estr\u00e9s o depresi\u00f3n antes).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y el deporte no es ajeno a esta desastrosa moda, que genera ineficiencia y bajo rendimiento -aunque parece que a casi nadie le interesa-, aunque el personal se llena la boca con la frase que sostiene que \u201cel primer cliente, al que hay que tener satisfecho y motivado, es el empleado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por eso, en el <strong>PSG<\/strong>, como ya no pueden mu\u00f1ir econ\u00f3micamente m\u00e1s la vaca de <strong>Rabiot<\/strong>, pues <a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/deportes\/2018\/12\/17\/actualidad\/1545079833_592324.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>lo dejan en el banquillo lo que le queda de temporada<\/strong><\/a>. Como ya no podr\u00e1 sacar ning\u00fan euro m\u00e1s de \u00e9l \u2013al no querer renovar el jugador y quedar libre en junio- pues le <strong>aparta<\/strong>, como si ya fuera una naranja exprimida\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuestion de recursos (humanos)\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfEres de los que exprime a sus empleados? \u00bfO
