Cuando empec\u00e9 a darle al bal\u00f3n, con 6 a\u00f1os, mi entrenador era el padre de un compa\u00f1ero de equipo. Visto en perspectiva, ten\u00eda la misma idea de t\u00e9cnica, t\u00e1ctica y f\u00edsica que yo ahora de <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mec%C3%A1nica_cu%C3%A1ntica\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>mec\u00e1nica cu\u00e1ntica<\/strong><\/a>. Colocaba las piezas en el campo de f\u00fatbol 11 (entre las cuales yo habitualmente no estaba) y a jugar. Recuerdo que el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wazogate.com\/oliver-y-benji-y-el-misterio-del-campo-de-futbol-infinito\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>campo era interminable<\/strong><\/a>, algo as\u00ed como el de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Captain_Tsubasa\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Oliver y Benji<\/strong><\/a>. El c\u00f3rner era como un pasaje transoce\u00e1nico, estaba tan sumamente lejos que se ejecutaba entre dos: el que levantaba el bal\u00f3n y el que met\u00eda un trallazo dirigido hacia la estratosfera para intentar alcanzar la porter\u00eda. En general, las condiciones de juego eran muy bastas (campos de tierra, algunos vestuarios sin agua caliente,\u00a0casetas que se ca\u00edan a trozos) y la formaci\u00f3n de los entrenadores muy menguada (salvo en la \u00e9lite, que era otra historia). El deporte modesto no estaba tan profesionalizado y preparado como ahora, y me alegro de ello.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero en una fecha cercana a la m\u00e1gica cifra de 2020, todo ha mejorado. Instalaciones, preparaci\u00f3n de entrenadores (me qued\u00e9 alucinado este fin de semana,\u00a0durante el partido de mi hija. Mientras Esther, su entrenadora, estaba centrada en lo que suced\u00eda en el campo, nuestro segundo entrenador, Ivan, estaba con una pizarra dando indicaciones a todo el banquillo, explicando alguna situaci\u00f3n de juego a corregir y en la que introducir mejoras. Al igual que ellos se han formado para poder ofrecer sus conocimientos a las ni\u00f1as, <a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/deportes\/2019\/02\/09\/actualidad\/1549709170_120770.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>creo que ha llegado el momento en que los padres empecemos a ser conscientes de lo que nos pasa en el campo, emocionalmente, cuando nuestros hijos est\u00e1n practicando deporte competitivo y c\u00f3mo ser mejores referentes para ellos<\/strong><\/a>.
