Depende de c\u00f3mo se gestione y digiera, se materializa de m\u00faltiples y variadas formas. Asimilada de forma positiva y desnud\u00e1ndola de todo dramatismo, puede acabar convertida en una simple an\u00e9cdota o batallita que contar. Visualizada de forma calmada y anal\u00edtica se erige como un resorte para hacerte reaccionar y reafirmar la confianza en ti mismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero tratada de forma atormentada, se transforma en un terrible e insaciable monstruo que te roba el alma y te hace dudar absolutamente de todo. Poner en jaque tu mente, y la concepci\u00f3n que tienes sobre tu val\u00eda y cualidades. Esa despiadada bestia inmunda te deja grandes cicatrices visibles. Marcas que te recuerdan, cada vez que te miras en el espejo, que no diste la talla y que estar\u00e1s se\u00f1alado hasta el d\u00eda del juicio final.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las derrotas no se pueden esconder debajo de la alfombra, no se ha inventado a\u00fan una lo suficientemente amplia para que ocultes todas las que sufrir\u00e1s a lo largo de tu vida (tanto dentro como fuera de la pista). As\u00ed que lo mejor es vivir con ellas\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo que os puedo asegurar es que el monstruo de Anna no lleg\u00f3 ni a la categor\u00eda de oso amoroso. La prueba de ello es que dos horas m\u00e1s tarde de salir de la ducha, estaba saltando como una posesa con su hermano en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saltingcenters.com\/centros\/salting-kids-esplugues\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Salting Kids Esplugues<\/strong><\/a>.
