De una manera u otra, todos los m\u00fasculos trabajan para conseguir un determinado objetivo: marcar un gol o salvarlo, saltar una valla o un foso de arena, conectar un raquetazo ganador, conseguir la brazada \u00f3ptima o realizar el ejercicio perfecto. Y en ese exigente viaje a lo desconocido -en el que no existe ning\u00fan guion escrito- te acompa\u00f1a la mente, concentrada al 100% en lo que haces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando se materializa la fusi\u00f3n de <strong>cuerpo<\/strong> y <strong>mente<\/strong>, el mundo desaparece\u2026 El protagonista pasa a ser el juego, el momento de la ejecuci\u00f3n de los diferentes movimientos. Toda la complejidad del planeta, absolutamente todo, queda reducido al partido o la competici\u00f3n en la que participas ahora mismo. Tensi\u00f3n, esfuerzo, sudor, las indicaciones de tu entrenador, el contrario\u2026 Incluso la grada se convierte en un elemento atenuado, como si estuviera a a\u00f1os luz de ti\u2026 En muchas ocasiones es todo tan absorbente que acabas agotado\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y si el nivel de <strong>exigencia<\/strong> es m\u00e1ximo -desde casi cuando ni tan solo ten\u00edas uso de raz\u00f3n-, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundodeportivo.com\/natacion\/20190522\/462408800271\/la-lituana-ruta-meilutyte-se-retira-a-los-22-anos.html\" target=\"_blank\">dices basta<\/a><\/strong> en el momento en el que otros se est\u00e1n planteando ponerse en serio\u2026 Y entonces lo m\u00e1s importante es vivir cosas simples y el deporte se despe\u00f1a de la c\u00faspide de la pir\u00e1mide.
