Pero no se deben estancar en el tiempo, tienen que pasar por un proceso de innovaci\u00f3n para que no convertirse en insulsas y aburridas. Desde hace unos a\u00f1os que no falto a mi cita el d\u00eda 31 (salvo contratiempo f\u00edsico de \u00faltima hora) para correr los 10 kil\u00f3metros de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cursadenassos.barcelona\/es\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Cursa del Nassos<\/strong><\/a>. Dependiendo de la edici\u00f3n he ido cambiando de compa\u00f1eros de viaje; pero en las dos \u00faltimas mi colega de fatigas ha sido Manolo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde 2018 despedimos el \u00faltimo d\u00eda del a\u00f1o con una comida juntos (durante la cual arreglamos juntos el mundo). Manolo se pidi\u00f3 una hamburguesa con queso de cabra y cebolla caramelizada; ante la que no pude resistirme. Acompa\u00f1amos el torpedo de \u00e1gape con unas bravas, para dar un efecto de fuegos artificiales. Cerramos en encuentro con una larga sobremesa en el <a href=\"http:\/\/dunkincoffee.es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Dunkin Coffee<\/strong><\/a>, en el que ca\u00ed de cuatro patas, pidiendo un bollo relleno de cacao.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mi <strong>estado p\u00e9simo de forma<\/strong> -hace un mes y medio que no hago deporte- y la bomba de relojer\u00eda que llevaba en el est\u00f3mago supon\u00edan un c\u00f3ctel explosivo que jugaba en mi contra para acabar la carrera.
