Con Oriol, esta temporada ha sido de todo menos normal. Ha sido un periodo muy ciclot\u00edmico y he llegado a pasar, en solo 48 horas, de la alegr\u00eda y tranquilidad m\u00e1s absoluta a una tensi\u00f3n y depresi\u00f3n sin precedentes. Pero en esta monta\u00f1a rusa de emociones tambi\u00e9n he conseguido aprender<\/strong> mucho. Sobre todo he entendido que menos es m\u00e1s<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    1. Oriol ha jugado en un equipo en el que nadie ha sido m\u00e1s que otro<\/strong>. Yo creo que han evolucionado mucho como conjunto y han dejado de ser una suma de individualidades. Patinan como los \u00e1ngeles y suben y bajan los pelda\u00f1os de las escaleras de los pabellones, de dos en dos, ante mi sorpresa y temor de que algo pase (aunque siempre salen airosos). Como premio final tuvieron su reconocimiento participando en la final a cuatro del Campeonato de Catalu\u00f1a<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. El colectivo ha estado siempre por encima de la victoria<\/strong>. Prueba de ello es que en las semifinales del Campeonato de Catalu\u00f1a las jugaron con Gala de portera. Para que os hag\u00e1is una idea es como si en las semifinales de Champions, a partido \u00fanico, sales a jugar con Messi de guardameta. Y claro, tus opciones de vencer menguan exponencialmente.<\/li>\n
    3. Evidentemente que en el equipo hay jugadores m\u00e1s sobresalientes, pero se repartieron los minutos<\/strong>, ante rivales que priorizaron\u00a0en todo momento a sus deportistas m\u00e1s sobresalientes en detrimento de otros (que eran pasto de banquillo o meros palmeros en pista).<\/li>\n
    4. El entrenador<\/strong>, para mantener la concordia del equipo, ha aguantado lo que no est\u00e1 en los escritos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n

      S\u00e9 que \u00d3scar, filos\u00f3ficamente, se basa en principios de la ley del m\u00ednimo esfuerzo. Cuando amenaza lluvia, en cuanto tiene ocasi\u00f3n, suspende el entrenamiento y no es un derroche de innovaci\u00f3n en sus ejercicios. Pero quiere mucho a los ni\u00f1os y se preocupa de ellos, a su manera. Pero lo que me hace definitivamente ser un fan suyo, despu\u00e9s de quererlo estrangular (metaf\u00f3ricamente) en infinidad de ocasiones, es que prefiere que crezcan como equipo a ganar<\/strong>. Y eso le honra infinitamente y le hace grande, muy grande…<\/p>\n

      \u00bfHas extra\u00eddo ense\u00f1anzas \u00fatiles en el equipo de tus hijos?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
