Una combinaci\u00f3n de llanuras des\u00e9rticas, trayectos sinuosos repletos de curvas dirigidas aparentemente hacia ninguna parte, rectas infinitas, paisajes lunares, puertos de monta\u00f1a&#8230; as\u00ed es la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/granguanche.com\/audax\/audaxroad\/\" target=\"_blank\">Gran Guanche<\/a><\/strong>, carrera <strong>ciclista<\/strong> de ultradistancia por etapas, que se practica en modo solo y autosuficiencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Alex Ramon<\/strong> (mi amigo\/entrenador) participaba en la modalidad de carretera, enfrent\u00e1ndose a unos incre\u00edbles <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=zXlQhmt9kXw&amp;t=12s\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>612 kil\u00f3metros de recorrido y 14.000 metros de desnivel positivo<\/strong><\/a>. A todo ello se le suma la tensi\u00f3n para poder coger a tiempo, seg\u00fan las previsiones y estrategia de cada participante, los 4 ferries\u00a0que enlazan las 5 islas del archipi\u00e9lago canario establecida dentro del itinerario de la prueba. Con el n\u00famero 119 incrustado en su bicicleta, el pasado domingo a las 8 de la ma\u00f1ana, mi amigo se situ\u00f3 en la l\u00ednea de salida para empezar una gran aventura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El d\u00eda antes me pidi\u00f3 si ten\u00eda alguna lista de spotify. Yo le compart\u00ed una de las dos que tengo, puro eclecticismo y disparidad (hay desde Air o Conchita hasta Slayer y The Prodigy; la otra, para vuestra informaci\u00f3n es de villancicos).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El martes, a las 10 de la ma\u00f1ana le mand\u00e9 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=xWMU8XalsvE\" target=\"_blank\">una canci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong> que cre\u00ed le podr\u00eda ayudar (la escuch\u00e9 viendo la segunda temporada de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=KqnzfwKmP9U\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Vikingos Valhalla<\/strong><\/a>). Me devolvi\u00f3 una nota de voz, en pleno ascenso al Pico de la las Nieves, a unos 1.600 metros de altura. Entre resoplidos, me explicaba que lo estaba dando todo para seguir la aventura. Tanta alegr\u00eda, emoci\u00f3n y esfuerzo acab\u00f3 con un llanto contenido al final del mensaje. Acabo diciendo que se acordaba mucho de m\u00ed (hecho que hizo que se me saltaran las l\u00e1grimas a m\u00e1s de 2.000 kil\u00f3metros de distancia).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El jueves por la tarde acab\u00f3, tras 81 horas. Mis reverencias para \u00c1lex. Pocos saben lo que ha sufrido con los dolores de est\u00f3mago que le llevan martilleando desde hace meses y que en Navidades acabaron con sus huesos en urgencias.
