B\u00e1sicamente todo el planeta est\u00e1 podrido y corrompido por el dinero y las guerras que asolan amplias zonas del globo terr\u00e1queo. De la inexplicable <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/internacional\/2023-11-06\/guerra-entre-israel-y-gaza-en-directo.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">guerra que est\u00e1 destruyendo Gaza<\/a><\/strong> (con m\u00e1s de 10.000 palestinos muertos) se me clavaron en el alma las im\u00e1genes -terribles y llenas de amor a partes iguales- de un padre que besaba a su hijo inerte, repetidas veces (deb\u00eda tener unos 6 o 7 a\u00f1os), con una ternura infinita, d\u00e1ndole su \u00faltimo adi\u00f3s. Miro a mi hijo Oriol cuando est\u00e1 dormido, pl\u00e1cidamente en el sof\u00e1, y me pregunto en qu\u00e9 mente putrefacta cabe robar un hijo a sus padres de esta manera tan est\u00fapida e in\u00fatil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En  momentos en los que, presa de la rabia y lanzallamas en mano, le pegar\u00eda fuego a casi todo, me salva una hora de carrera por la calle, dej\u00e1ndolo todo atr\u00e1s. El deporte de larga distancia, aparte de ser un efectivo antidepresivo (os lo afirmo por propia experiencia), te prepara para otras esferas de la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, en mi caso, la experiencia adquirida en la <strong>ultrarresistencia<\/strong> me est\u00e1 sirviendo mucho para afrontar mi nueva etapa laboral como profesor de castellano en un instituto. El cambio ha sido bestial, de un d\u00eda para otro (literalmente; el d\u00eda 5 de septiembre fue mi \u00faltimo d\u00eda en el Club Joventut Badalona y el 6 ya estaba dando mi primera clase a alumnos de 2\u00ba de la ESO). El miedo, la angustia y la incertidumbre se adue\u00f1an de ti, como en algunos momentos de una carrera de 80Km de monta\u00f1a o de 100Km en ruta. En esos instantes, el cuerpo env\u00eda todas las se\u00f1ales posibles pidi\u00e9ndote parar, aunque entonces la mente toma el mando y pone el piloto autom\u00e1tico de \u00abseguir\u00bb, porque siempre has sabido que en alg\u00fan momento de la prueba lo ibas a pasar realmente mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y sabes positivamente que cuanto m\u00e1s enorme es el reto, mayor ser\u00e1 la posterior recompensa por haberlo conseguido; y que el verdadero fracaso ser\u00eda no haberte puesto en la casilla de salida, so\u00f1ando con llegar a la l\u00ednea de meta.
